**JOB TITLE: Lead Joiner - Fixed Term x 2**
**GRADE: RMT 4 - £31,872**
**LOCATION: Leyland**
**CONTRACT: Fixed Term - 12 months**
**HOURS: 39 hours per week**

**WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?**

**You will have/be**:

- Self-motivated and able to demonstrate you can work to targets
- Knowledge of mobile technology.
- Hold all relevant (NVQ /SVQ/ City & Guilds) or time served.
- Have a valid UK driving license.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

This role has a number of core objectives including:

- All types of joinery works for internal and external customers
- Experience of multi-skilled work in the following areas - plumbing, plastering, bricklaying
- Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and all relevant legislation and codes of practice
- Ensuring that appointments are kept and repairs are carried out promptly within appropriate time scales
- Completing job tickets electronically relating to materials and time spent on job.
- Applicant must have previous experience in uPVC and composite installations.
