Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in local primary schools within the Colchester area with flexible start dates to suit.

**About the role**:
The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will be supported by an outstanding and passionate management team, and will work alongside some excellent practitioners, who put children at the heart of everything they do.

This can be a mixture of full time, part time or ad-hoc flexible work to suit anyone's availability.

**About the school**:
Vision for Education is looking for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) who are looking to make an impact on pupils with a variety of needs across schools within the Colchester area.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of HLTA Teaching Assistant you will:

- Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant in a school environment
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
- Have experience working with primary-aged pupils
- Ideally have experience working one-to-one with a student

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
