Completely Care are working closely with our client in the Witney area to recruit for Residential Childrens Worker’s to work within a wonderful residential school. The opportunity to work with this fantastic organisation is highly sought after. We are searchingfor applicants who can provide the highest standards of care to the young residents.

This Residential Childrens Worker role will be based at one of the organisations homes in the West Oxfordshire area, each of these homes supports a group of looked after young people. Staff will be required to bond with the young people, familiarise themselveswith each young persons individual needs to provide the best way to support the emotional and behavioural needs of the young person. You will engage with the children and young people in their activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing, write reportsand implicate care plans.
