We’re looking for an Estates Manager / Landscapes Manager to support us in the upkeep and further development of our 33 Acre private grounds. You’ll need to be hard working and enjoy getting stuck in, taking pride in everything you do.

The role will involve spending 80% of your time on our grounds in Wigan, with 20% of time visiting our property in Anglesey.

Van and all tools will be provided and the person in this role will be required to work independently.

This role requires the following:

- Driving Licence
- Someone who has been working in a similar role
- A strong work ethic and someone that takes pride in their work

**Core responsibilities**:
**Wigan site**

Maintenance and up keep of all grounds and Woodland areas
- Lawns
- Fields
- Gates
- Fencing
- Lakes

**Anglesey Site**
- Garden Maintenance
- Window Cleaning
- General Maintenance
