**Business Coordinator**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing business, currently located in Teignmouth, as part of a friendly & supportive team in a key business function position.
We are seeking to recruit a full-time (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm) permanent Business Coordinator to join our friendly, close-knit team, reporting directly to the company directors.
Working in our Teignmouth office, the role is varied & key duties will involve but not be limited to:
- Managing and assisting with drawing registrations
- Coordinate diaries, meetings rooms and take minutes in meetings
- processing and organising O&M Manuals
- General Administration/Office Management duties
- Assist with the maintenance of the company social media pages & website
- Responding to queries & problem solving
- Carry out tasks associated with the appointment of Sub-Contractors
- Overseeing & supporting site staff
- Liaise with internal and external clients
- Tender Enquires, chasing enquiry’s
- Bid management & writing
- Business Development duties
- Using our inhouse software systems
- Updating excel registers
**The Individual**:
- Be professional and an excellent communicator
- Previous administration experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills - especially with MS Office
To be considered for this hands-on role you will need solid experience within a similar position, have a “can do” attitude & be used to working in a close-knit accounting team. Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
The salary offered for this position is competitive & may be flexible dependant on qualifications & experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
