Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Part Sales Technician to join a well-established company based in Avonmouth.
- Location: Avonmouth
- Salary: 26k - 27k
- Contract Type: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the prices charged to the customers are in line with the company’s objectives in relation to margin.
- To keep optimum stock levels at customers locations and avoid overstocking.
- Advising in house technicians, and customers of parts availability, promotions and optimal stock holding.
- Point of contact for all parts queries and orders.
- A key requirement of the role is having the ability to work closely with the customers to ensure their expectations are being met.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through promotions and special offers.
- To work with the in house technicians, to achieve maximum parts availability.
- Maintain a good professional working relationship with all customers and continually monitor and advise on stock holding.
- Ensure invoices are raised in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure stock replenishment is ordered in a timely manner to meet the service levels.
- Manage and police the return process and ensure the IT systems are adjusted accordingly.

**Person Specification**:

- Good understanding of Truck and Van parts.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook computer systems.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer Literate.
- Working to strict deadlines to meet customer’s requirements and senior management.
- Prioritisation of workload - with conflicting demands on time.
- Eye for detail and accuracy, ability to question/seek clarification where advice in relation to parts is requested.

**Hours & Benefits**:

- Monday - Friday 13:00-20:30.
- 22 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
