**Your role**
- Are you interested in Global markets?
- Do you have the technical skills to understand and price a variety of risks?

- We’re looking for a flow option trader to:
- market make in European single stock options
- keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
- facilitate client order flow by providing liquidity through internal capital or accessing third-party offerings
- develop tools on the desk to help analyse risk, positions, and market data to help us make better trading decisions
- follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies
- manage trading, execution, operational and compliance risk, amongst others
- work closely with sales and trading teams to generate revenue and grow client business

**Your team**
- You’ll be joining a growing EMEA derivative franchise, specifically working in the Flow Derivatives team in London. We trade a range of Equity Derivative products across the predominantly European markets, and provide advice, solutions and execution in a simple, intuitive and flexible way. This benefits our corporate, institutional and wealth management clients. As a flow derivative trader, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients identify and access the products and liquidity they need. The Flow Derivatives team has interests in markets beyond its core products and seeks to engage in debate about these and how they relate to our own market, with a view to managing risk more efficiently and suggesting better trading ideas to our clients.

**Your expertise**
- know-how/or interest in pricing and trading own book of Vanilla options, Variance Swaps, Volatility Swaps
- proficiency in coding to be able to build tools to help the team manage risk more effectively
- enthusiasm for markets and a desire to scan various markets for new trading opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline
- LI-GB
