**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

Working within our exciting Waste Network Operations department, you have the chance to join the team as a Catchment Lead.

In this role you will predominantly ensure the effective operation of the Sewerage Network within the Staffordshire area and manage your own workload. You will be delivering full compliance on everything from Health and Safety to regulatory and company standards.

Furthermore, you will get focus on the needs of our customers by delivering ‘right first time’ solutions and you will implement initiatives within the sewerage networks to aid improvements to our performance measures and serviceability.

You’ll have daily activities too, such as managing and enhancing our internal and external relationships with all key parties, carrying out workplace audits to monitor our contractor’s compliance.
