The role offers a fantastic opportunity within financial services marketing. Working in a small, agile team our junior marketing exec will be heavily involved in all areas of marketing, including brand, events, digital promotion and advertising.

The successful applicant will already have either basic marketing experience or will have gained a vocational qualification. The role will help develop digital marketing skills, learning how they work in combination with more traditional activities. Crucial training of the regulatory requirements of marketing within financial services will also be provided.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic character, who is willing to take on tasks. The marketing team is in the process of creating an exciting new insurance brand that will facilitate an innovative product launch. It is expected to be a high profile campaign; one that will generate further opportunities to grow within the department in the coming months and years.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work with team to maintain a social media content schedule and post various types of creative content
- Post multiple blogs and newsletters as per monthly creative schedule
- Review PPC and SEO performance of company’s websites
- Update website with relevant information
- Work with outsourced designers (when necessary) to create display advertising
- Aide the ongoing development of customer digital journeys across multiple products
- Monitor brands’ online reputation across multiple online platforms
- Assist with data analysis of aggregator sales pricing/performance eg Compare the Market
- Compile monthly campaign performance reports across various activity
- Maintain accurate invoice records and budget reports
- Be involved in department projects, for example website builds & refreshes, user acceptance testing etc
- Attend various events to represent the company (on occasion)
- Identify new trends and opportunities, monitor competitors and market activity
- Research promotional merchandise opportunities and obtain quotations
- Carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
