Football Fiesta are looking for several Qualified Coaches to join our Schools Delivery Team. If you’re ready to join this fast-paced, people focused environment, then please apply.

What you’ll be getting up to:

- Planning and Preparing football sessions for local schools between Year 1 - 11
- Daily checking and preparation of equipment after use
- Encouraging students in a positive and welcoming way
- Proactively interacting and assisting the students with the challenges/ games
- Enforcing the safety rules whilst simultaneously upholding excellent rapport with the students
- Communicating effectively within students. All are different and have different needs, therefore we are looking for someone adaptable to this.
- Leading the group and running games throughout the session
- Demonstrating skills and qualities when necessary.
- Monitoring the sessions to help those that need help and proactively make it more difficult for those that find it too easy
- Create the ‘Football Fiesta-Style Atmosphere’ in all our sessions
- Provide support when needed across various areas of the business including in the park
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment before and after sessions/activities
- Adhering to and advising customers on our COVID safety measures
- Other duties as required

We are looking for someone who:

- Is flexible in their availability; able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Is comfortable speaking in front of groups. Presenting a session, the health and safety brief before sessions and demonstrating parts of the Football Fiesta session
- Enjoys working as part of a team and helping others to achieve their goals
- Has an engaging character with the ability to make people smile
- A fun, inspiring and energetic person who can communicate with customers, staff members and parents
- Is flexible and willing to learn across all areas of the Football Fiesta including knowing our range of Challenges & Games, and professional characteristics.
- Park opening hours: Mondays - Thursday (2pm to 8pm) / Friday & Saturday (10am to 8pm) / Sunday and Bank Holidays (10am to 6pm)
- School Sessions can vary from Monday-Friday (9am - 5:30pm)

Rate of Pay: £4.81 to £9.50 per hour according to national minimum wage

**Job Type**: Part-time - These roles will be flexible working hours that be arranged with your Schools Manager & Venue Manager

Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Language: English (required) Welsh (preferred)
- First Aid trained (preferred)
- DBS Certification (required)
- FA Level 1/FAW Level 1 (Minimum)
- Experience in a leisure/customer service environment
- Experience in schools or childcare (preferred)

Flexibility: Applicants must be flexible as you will be required to change your working pattern at short notice to meet service requirements which may include shifts, early mornings, evenings and weekends.
