We are delighted to be able to expand our existing Volunteer Counselling Project.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work closely with the Volunteer Project Lead to coordinate and develop our amazing volunteer counselling service. You will be responsbile for providing a safe, professional and accessible counselling service to Carers across County Durham and Darlington.

Having responsibility for the day to day running of the project you will ensure that all adminstrative functions are completed in a timely manner. You will deal with enquiries from potential volunteer counsellors as well as internally from our team.

You will be communicating with Carers to arrange Counselling sessions and you will work closely with the Volunteer Project Lead to develop existing policies and procedures including referral, cancellation and triage procedures.
