An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Estimator / Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a reputable Contractor who specialise in Mechanical and Electrical installation services across multiple sectors with typical values ranging from £1m up to £20m.

This role will involve estimating, take offs and procurement of materials. You will be working within a team of 6 with the long term opportunity to step into a senior/ management role.
- Experience managing multiple projects/ tendering multiple projects at the same time would be required for this
- Typical values range between £1m - £20m across a wide variety of sectors
- Great opportunity to be part of the businesses growth and to step into a senior role within the company with close exposure and interaction with the owners

**Key skills and experience required.**
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Mechanical Estimator working within the M&E Building Services sector
- Strong communication and negotiating skills
- Team Player
- Relevant Qualifications and/or Certificates

**Annual Salary and Benefits**
- Base salary: £40k - £75k (depending on experience)
- Excellent Pension Scheme

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- estimating: 1 year (preferred)
