**Your Mission**: As a Delegate Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving new business sales by engaging with potential clients and converting leads into delegates for our client's events and conferences. Your role will involve building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to maximize their participation in our client's events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential delegates, understanding their needs and providing them with information and benefits of attending our client's events.
- Nurture and build relationships with key decision-makers, establishing trust and rapport to secure their participation.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to drive delegate registrations and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delegate registration process and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven success in a B2B sales role, preferably in the events or conference industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone and in person.
- Engaging and persuasive communication style, with the ability to articulate the value of attending our client's events to potential delegates.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize and manage a large number of leads and opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools to track and report on sales activities and pipeline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to attend conferences and events.

**Benefits**:
Salary up to £35,000, DoE.
OTE of up to £70,000.
