Job description

This exciting role of General Warehouse Operative is a varied role, where you will be responsible for goods in and out, and pallet management.

**As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring the correct goods & quantities are being picked and dispatched to customers on time
- Ensuring pallets are off-loaded & sorted into categories ready for dispatch
- Checking incoming goods & quantities match supplier delivery note
- Picking outgoing goods & double-checking alongside picking list, before loading
- Ensuring incoming goods are labelled & stored in the correct location
- Sorting wooden pallets into categories
- Offloading goods using forklift truck
- Labelling received goods & storing in the correct location
- Keeping warehouse clean & tidy
- Maintaining racking & aisles to enable goods to be stored orderly & to allow efficient picking
- Maintaining your motivation, drive and passion for the role
- Working in an orderly, tidy & efficient manner to assist correct, on-time customer deliveries

**Essential Criteria **(skills, experience and key attributes)

The individual must:

- Have experience driving a forklift & a forklift license for counterbalance
- Have experience in warehouse operations & stock control
- Have shown stability in previous roles and wishes to build a strong future & career with Kwikpac
- Live in the Fife area
- Be passionate about warehouse management and have motivation, drive and passion for the role
- Be flexible, versatile and able to turn their hand to different tasks
- Be fit, healthy and able to move heavy equipment
- Be prepared for outdoor physical work
- Have a full clean UK driving licence
