We are a complex organisation, always evolving, recruiting for a wide variety of roles from academics, baristas, accountants and even sports coaches, so you will sometimes need to think on your feet and your work will be varied and ever-changing.

You will have prior experience in a recruitment focused role and will have knowledge and understanding of:

- Recruitment processes
- Providing Hiring Manager advice and support
- Resourcing systems
- How to promote good Equality and Diversity practice
- Recruitment legislation
- How to write engaging adverts and identify the best sourcing channels to use
- Awareness of social media channels and their use for recruitment, ideally with experience of content generation
- Any experience of IT related recruitment would be beneficial, but is not essential to the role
