**Assembly Operative**

Power and Control Systems Ltd are a leading company specialising in the manufacture, electrical engineering and assemble of bespoke critical power solutions. Due to continued expansion the company are seeking to recruit Assembly Operatives to join our existing team.

Working within the Operations Department of Power and Control Systems Ltd the Assembly Operative is responsible for ensuring that all duties associated with the daily operation of the Production Department are fulfilled and that production and quality goals are achieved.

Duties and responsibilities;
- Compliance to the production schedule defined by the Project Engineer.
- Contribute to the production of a quality product by following all defined quality procedures.
- Adherence to company policies and SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Adherence to company quality, health and safety standards.
- Generation and maintenance of associated batch documentation.
- Maintain line cleanliness through good housekeeping practices.

Experience and knowledge of Switchgear and Control Panel assembly is not essential as full training will be provided. However, proficiency in the use of hand tools and mechanical equipment would be advantageous.

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Down District, BT35 6PH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
