**Apprenticeship - IT (3 positions available)**

**Cullompton, Devon**

**£10,000 per annum (first year)**

**We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the digital world, whether thats through marketing, ICT, coding or gaming to join our ad operations team.

You will be required to work with an array of high-profile global clients, managing the delivery of their digital advertising campaigns, liaising with many different departments within their organisations such as sales, marketing and campaign managementto ensure the smooth running of their advertising needs.

As this is an apprenticeship position, no experience is needed and full training will be provided.

Personal requirements:

- Impeccable written communication skills.
- Confident communicator over the telephone.
- Keen interest in digital advertising
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Great problem solving skills
- Proactive approach to daily tasks with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Attentive to detail.
- Capability to work within a team while being independently responsible for client accounts.

Desired (but by no means essential):

- Experience within a customer account management role.

Qualification - Level 3 in either Digital Marketing, IT or Customer Service

Important Info - For the first 4 weeks you will need to be in the office for training and thereafter working from home is available except Wednesdays, Company event days or during Client visits. Full training will be provided for all tasks and a technicalminded person should not have any issues in picking this work up quickly.
