Handyperson / Maintenance Assistant

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant.

Our client is a well-established, Facility maintenance provider and due to continued growth, is expanding it's maintenance and repairs team. The business has continued to grow over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. This is a Fixed site role.

**The Role**:

- 2nd Fix Carpentry such as hanging doors, fencing etc.
- 2nd Fix Pluming and leak detection work
- Patch Tiling
- Patch Plastering
- Assisting Kitchen Installs
- Painting and Decorating
- Site cleaning works
- Gardening and grass cutting duties
- Forklift Driving (full training provided)
- Assisting full refurbishments of offices

**Essential**:

- Relevant Experience
- Good communication skills

**Salary**:

- £34,000 per annum
- Monday Friday
- 8am - 4pm
