We are looking for a Reservations Agent who will support the Reservations Management Team, covering across all restaurants, ensuring thorough understanding of current offers and promotions available while taking reservations accurately and in a timely manner keeping the business needs at the forefront of your mind.

**About the Role**

Your primary role is to manage and coordinate restaurant bookings. You'll interact with guests, handle reservation enquiries, and ensure accurate scheduling. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain a smooth flow of reservations, and excellent communication skills contribute to providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you may collaborate with other staff members to optimize seating arrangements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the dining experience.

**About You**

You will be confident in carrying out exceptional service as well as being passionate about people, Harrods and going above and beyond to create moments of delight for our customers. You will be the ambassador of each restaurant and the first point of contact for the restaurant’s customer enquiries and bookings, making great attention to detail and organisational skills top priority for someone within this role.

More specifically:

- You must have previous experience in a Reservations Agent or Host role in a luxury environment working with a PMS system is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as being energetic, ambitious and striving for excellence.
- We seek an individual with first class presentation, a clear speaking voice, attention to detail, and a friendly personality.
