Batchelors Motor Group require an experienced parts advisor to work in our Ripon branch. Batchelors is a respected family business and motor dealership based in Ripon and York.
**Job Purpose**:
To source and supply vehicle parts efficiently for customers and workshop vehicles, maintaining our online stores and delivering excellent customer service.
**Reports to**:Parts Manager
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm and alternate Saturdays 8.00 am to 12.30 pm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive, record and bin parts and consumables from suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreed orders.
- Identify, locate, invoice and issue parts and consumables to customers and other departments using the dealership computer system.
- Update, photograph products, and maintain our online stores. Organise and prepare our products for dispatch to customers.
- Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail and trade customers.
- Establish customer needs for required parts, communicating relevant promotions and offers to customers when appropriate.

**Experience / Requirements**:
Ideally you will have worked within a sourcing / supplying parts role. Willing to attend manufacture training.
