**Enterprise Architect - Technical Architect - Google Cloud - eCommerce**

**Contract - Until end of 2023**

**Hybrid Work - Essex Based Offices**

**£535 per Day - Inside IR35**

One of the world’s most progressive engineering and manufacturing companies and a household name is seeking an Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect. The company continues its adoption of eCommerce across Europe and is embarking on an aggressive strategyto transform the operating model in both commercial and private sales. To assist with this they need a eCommerce Enterprise or Technical Architect with experience of Google Cloud Platform - GCP

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:
**Enterprise Architect - Technical Architect - Google Cloud - eCommerce**
- Deliver high level and low-level architecture designs and solutions to support the eCommerce journey within Europe
- Developing architectural roadmaps and strategy to manage content
- Facilitating technical and process reviews with global team members, presenting recommendations and guiding teams through implementation

**Essential Skills Required**:
**Enterprise Architect - Technical Architect - Google Cloud - eCommerce**
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture frameworks and technologies (e.g. REACT, Angular, Spring, jQuery etc.)
- Understanding of Content Management Systems, especially Adobe Enterprise Management
- Project Management and Agile delivery
- Non-Functional Requirements analysis, testing and subsequent system fine tuning
- Interoperability standards and methods of exchanging data effectively and securely (REST, API’s, Web Services, Certificates, GraphQL)
- Strong awareness of security protocols and best practices
- Desire to learn and work with multiple teams, systems and technologies while working closely with colleagues within Enterprise Architecture globally.
- Strong communicator, recognising your audience and adapting the approach used to communicate technical and non-technical information
- Proven experience architecting solutions within GCP
- Experience with content management solutions, specifically Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with pulling data from multiple data sources
- Architecting service layers for data transformation
- Developing technical solution designs within eCommerce ecosystems
- Proven experience managing delivery of solution proposals to time, scope and budget constraints

**Desirable Skills & Experience Preferred**:

- Background in Software engineering
- Knowledge of other cloud platforms
- AWS, Azure etc.
- Understanding of project management and product management tools, e.g. Rally, JIRA
- Experience within Cloud migration and transformation projects
- Working within a Product Driven organisation or Agile development environment
- User Experience and Product Design
- Experience with the design and management of APIs, including
- Knowledge of Apigee
- Experience with KAFKA, PubSub or other data streaming technology
- Experience/understanding of the development and evolution of conceptual designs to facilitate project scoping and design
