**Cabinet Maker / Machinist**

**Location: Grays, Essex, RM17**

**Salary: £20500 - £32000**

**The Job Role**:
The Cabinet Maker / Machinist will join an established team of around 20 colleagues who work in our client's busy warehouse. The Cabinet Makers / Machinist are key to the manufacturing and assembling of their high quality kitchens and bathrooms, allowingthem to maintain their established reputation. The working week is 37.5 hours per week, starting at 7.30 and finishing at 4.00 with 1 hour unpaid break, Monday to friday. overtime possibilities may be available at peak busy hours.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- No minimum experience in cabinet maker/ machinist role
- Previous experience of working with handheld tools
- Experience of kitchen / bedroom manufacturing and assembly
- Experience with industrial machinery such as saws, drilling and edging equipment
- To prepare, assemble and door up kitchen and bedroom cabinets
- To operate the tools in the factory - table saw, pillar drills; handheld power tools; cabinet press
- To be on a rota system working on edge banding machines and cnc machines within the mill as appropriate
- To help with the delivery of kitchens which could involve working away from the factory on site at times
- To be confortable using the computer and internet if required
