**Role definition**:
2. Manage the company’s social media profile

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
- Understand and support the sales process Provide first line support for all enquiries
- Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and legislation
- Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within your sector
- Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
- Seek support and escalate non-compliance where appropriate

**Social Media**:

- design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
- create and/or co-ordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms
- optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
- research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- analyse competitor activity

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
