Freedom Homes is looking for an _**experienced Lettings Negotiator **_to join our successful Lettings team as we expand our property portfolio.

We are open to hearing from those who also have Sales experience in an estate agency.

We are a leading property management company in Peterborough, specialising in shared accommodation for working professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Coordinating & conducting property viewings for available listings
- Meeting and surpassing set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Liaising with landlords, ensuring they are well-informed
- Taking on landlords for fully management service
- Generating valuable leads for prospective tenants and landlords
- Following up potential landlords and investors
- Ensuring the CRM system is continually updated with the latest applicant information
- Responding to enquiries on social media platforms and other channels

To be considered for this role, you need:
A full UK driving licence and own transport

Must have at least 1 - 2 years experience in Sales and/or Lettings

Knowledge of HMOs (house in multiple occupation) is ideal but not essential
Good IT skills
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
