We are looking for a Senior Governance Professional to lead our governance workstream.

Encompassing support for Members, the Trust Board, Local Governing Bodies and the Executive Leadership Team, this role will require exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail. Responsibilities include organising meetings, preparing documentation and minute taking.

Based at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Horncastle

**Business Support professional required to lead our Governance Workstream**

You will coordinate the annual governance conference and training programme, along with line management of Governance Clerks. We will look to you for support and guidance to ensure the legislative and procedural requirements across the Trust are met.

Meetings may be convened virtually or traditionally, when in person this will require travel to the relevant site for which mileage will be paid from the work base of Horncastle, and so the ability to drive and access to personal transport is essential. When meetings are virtual, or whilst completing minutes, the post holder may work from home. This is a permanent part time role of 600 hours per annum.

Flexibility to work during the day and in the evening will be required in order to ensure all relevant meetings are covered with the team across the Trust. The salary upon appointment is Grade 6 Scale Point 15 £25,878 pro rata (Actual Salary: £9,210) and has the potential to rise to Point 18 £28,371 pro rata through our performance management appraisal process. To view our range of staff benefits, take a look at our website.
