**Shift patterns**:4040 - 3 Weeks Days - 1 Week Nights - 12hr Shifts (07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00)
**Location**:Northumberland, NE42 6PL

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking Warehouse Operatives to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

- Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment
- Be responsible for picking specified items from storage or warehouses and prepare them for shipment
- Pick and pack products which includes unboxing, labelling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets
- Operate a range of material handling equipment (MHE) from forklifts to pallet trucks

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative is beneficial but not required
- Previous experience or FLT license is beneficial but not required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team

A recognised qualification in Manual Handling or equivalent will be well-received.
