IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst | £24,000+ | Winsford | Permanent
A new opportunity to join a world leading manufacturer at their main UK site, joining a team of Analysts in providing system support to users across the globe.
As IT Support Analyst you will:

- Provide 1st line support to all users across all sites
- Respond to enquirers from users and help resolve any hardware/software problems
- Log all support issues on the helpdesk system
- Carry out daily systems checks
- Install PC updates and ensure standard builds are maintained
- Work to company defined SLA's & KPI's

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst with a combination of the following:

- Experience in a 1st line role
- Confident working with Microsoft technologies - Office 365, Windows 10 etc.
- Flexible, pro-active approach with 'hands on' approach
- Excellent communications skills
- Basic understanding of PC hardware set-ups
- Windows Servers & Active directory
