Job Purpose
- Your role will be to contact Businesses regarding Private Health Insurance as a benefit for their employees.
- You will qualify leads for Healthcare Consultants to advise on a private medical insurance policy that best suites the business’s needs.
- You will provide a professional, efficient, courteous and accurate service to our customers.
- This is a fast paced role where you will deal with both individual and team targets.

About You
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment
- You communicate well, are great at building trusting relationships and can adapt your style depending on who you are speaking to
- Will maintain a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks, acting as a champion for change, contributing to great team spirit
