**Lab Technician**

**Location: Wombwell**

**Working hours: Full time - 37.5 hours - Part time - minimum of 3 full days - Saturday working is essential**

**Salary: depending on experience**

**Experience level: Must have previous optical lab experience**

At Specsavers, our Laboratory Technicians use the latest computer-controlled equipment and an eye for detail & accuracy, allowing them to maintain high standards maximise customer satisfaction.

With your previous knowledge of an Optical Lab, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing customer’s spectacle orders to the highest standard and be confident with the following responsibilities:

- Accurately reading lens and frame specifications from prescriptions that are received
- Setting and glazing lenses into frames ensuring attention to detail at all times
- Complete necessary minor repairs and adjustments
- Working towards agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations
