This is an exciting opportunity for an additional role as Client Services Representative for one of my Clients premises in Reading. This role will suit a positive and outgoing person with really polished presentation & communication skills.
This role would suit a variety of backgrounds such as hospitality, conferencing, retail, travel & tourism and estate agency or similar.
Overall, the role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, attention to detail, enthusiasm, adaptability, ability to multi-task, hospitality, organisational skills, a high level of motivation and presentation, punctuality and commitment to customerservice.
Customer Service
Assist in the running of the business centre, delivering high standards of customer service.
Interface with clients in order to establish needs and requirements in an efficient and professional manner.
Ensure client satisfaction by committing to the highest level of customer service.
Log and resolve any clients issues that may arise and maintain a high level of customer service throughout.
Assist Operations Director in ensuring that the centre complies with audit requirements in both services and operations.
Assist in ensuring that the presentation of the centre is compliant with CBC Standards.
Greet, assist and direct business centre clients and their visitors.
Positively assist with the management of client 'move-ins' and 'departures' and amendments to telecoms, furniture, fit-out etc.
Administration
Assist in ensuring the running of a professional Reception in line with CBC policy and procedures.
Assist in the raising of general purchase orders and organise/track orders for consumables requested by clients when using the meeting rooms.
Assist in the allocation of supplier invoices against purchase orders ensuring re-charging is made correctly.
Assist Operations Director with the maintenance of IT/Telecoms management, updating records as appropriate including client extension numbers within the centre.
Assist with auditing month-end telecoms billing to ensure all revenue is absorbed by the centre.
Assist Operations Director in ensuring all meeting room bookings, catering items and ad hoc services are captured for month-end invoicing.
Deal with post and client correspondence as required.
Any other such reasonable requirements as may be made that are consistent with the operation of a successful business centre as requested from time to time.
Sales & Marketing
Conduct viewings in the centre on pre-agreed commercial terms.
To assist in preparing marketing collateral suitable for the centre.
Identify, recommend and implement local marketing initiatives.
