Fencer Labourer

We are a growing company and have an exciting opportunity for a Fencing Installer to join our experienced team based nr Bishops Waltham.

Our teams install Traditional Estate Fencing and Legacy Edging throughout the South of England. Our work is varied with individual jobs typically taking less than two weeks. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals (or pairs) to supplement the team, working underneath experienced team leaders.

The majority of work would be within two hours of Southampton, potential for some work to be further afield and involve overnight stays therefore the applicant needs to have a flexible approach.

Each week there is the potential to substantiality increase your salary with overtime. In addition to this, weekend work becomes available depending on business needs.

Hours will be 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday with overtime to meet business requirements.

Salary dependent on experience

**Requirements**:

- Full driving license and own transport

**Ideals**:

- Experience in the building / fencing / agriculture
- Be able to perform manual tasks in an outdoor environment
- Have good time keeping skills
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and take direction as well as be happy to work independently when required.
- Be self motivated and trustworthy
- Welding / painting skills are an advantage

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
