Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working directly with sales director in Milton Keynes
- New business sales role with support
- Includes, telesales and foot canvassing
- Business to business sales
- Learning and seeing the entire sales process, from call to first appointment to securing a sale.

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Dress professionally
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales activities effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
