Our client is looking for an enthuastic and driven HR Advisor to join them on their rapid growth journey, this is a fantastic opportunity to support a business through a period of growth and change. You will provide operational and administrative support on all areas of the employee life cycle and ensuring excellent HR services to the business as well support on health and safety.
This role will suit a real HR Generalist experience at Advisory level with a good understanding of HR policy and practice and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
Duties in the role:
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
- End to end recruitment
- Identify development needs
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation
- Support with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
- Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives
- Help to develop effective health and safety policies and procedures and carries out risk assessments
- Give talks and information on accident prevention, and keeps up to date with the relevant legislation
