**Job Purpose**:
The Buying Administrator at Braehead Foods will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative support to the Buying Department.
Key result areas in both Buying and Stock Control include the following:
**Buying**
- Daily buying admin duties of producing weekly orders, liaising with suppliers, and arranging pick ups.
- Carrying out accurate stock ordering, ensuring that all requirements have been met and stock levels are correct.
- Coordinating delivery dates for stock.
- System stock adjustments and reports.
- Booking in external stock deliveries.
- Booking in internal stock including production reports, rework and game sheets.
- Updating daily issue log.
- Produce waste report.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.45 per hour
