We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Co-Workers based at our Exeter store in our sales teams. You'll be joining a passionate and energizing team, focusing on life at home

Expected start date: 24th February 2024.

Assessment Center Interview will be held on: 13th February.

WHAT WE OFFER
- £11.45 hourly rate.

Multiple size contracts ranging from:

- 12 hours weekly, working 3 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
- 18 hours weekly, working 4 days over 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
- 34 hours weekly, working 5 days over 7 and alternative weekends
- Working between 8:30am to 9pm
- We operate 7 days a week, and our busiest times where we meet our many customers is usually in the evenings and at the weekends, so there is an expectation that you are flexible with your working times.

WHO YOU ARE

You are confident in approaching customers, treating them in a polite and friendly manner. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a motivated mindset. You also enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. For this role, it is important that you are passionate about home furnishings and care about good customer service. In IKEA, we place great emphasis on leading others and ourselves with a positive approach, even during the busiest and most challenging times.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
- You actively approach customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their life at home through home furnishings.
- You are always passionate about our product range and home furnishings, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
- You support maximising sales by being proud of your areas of responsibility, ensuring the customer meets an area that is clean, well presented, and easy to shop.
