Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Administrator for a job-based in Liverpool.

**Schedule**:

- Mon - Fri.
- 09:00-17:00.
- Weekly pay

**Role**:

- Immediate start available.
- Provide administration support to the Regional manager in assisting in the day-to-day running of the regional operational team.
- Working with the Regional Manager and the Operational team in the continuous review, amendment and development of the cleaning operations across the client sites.
- Support in the preparation and co-ordinating of monthly service reports for the Regional manager’s client’s monthly meetings for existing and new clients.
- Maintain and develop relations with key client contacts and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with the regional management team and support functions to ensure all administrative tasks for the region are completed in a timely manner.

**About You**:

- Experienced in Facility Management.
- Competent with IT software.
- Self-managing.
- Hard-working.
- Well presented.
- Good Telephone Manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage numerous tasks at the same time.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Focused and committed.
- UK DRIVING LICENSE.
