Temporary Project Administrator

Allstaff Office Services Division have partnered with our client based in the Johnstone area. Who are looking for an on-going temporary Manufacturing Project Administrator.
The duties of this role include,
- Coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings & preparing agendas.
- Providing administrative support to project managers and teams.
- Managing project plans, reports, and any change requests.
- Collaborating with other teams to gather project updates, identify risks, and propose strategies.
- Maintaining effective communication channels with all teams ensuring information flow and a timely responses.
We are keen to speak with those who have root cause analysis and problem-solving experience, in a previous manufacturing environment position. Those who are proficient in Microsoft packages and are highly organised.
This role is Monday - Friday 07:45-16:00, but may require limited flexibility (to support project work). With a great pay rate of £12.34 per hour. Please submit your CV today to be considered for this position.
