**Job Summary**

GEP Support Limited is looking to recruit passionate, flexible, and motivated Health Care Assistants to support a variety of our clients in the Greater Manchester area. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be involved in personal care and meet the needs of a diverse group of service users.

**Role Responsibility**:

- personal care such as washing, dressing
- daily activities in the home
- to undertake work or social activities
- with moving and handling
- grocery shopping or to collect prescriptions
- preparing and cooking food
- ensuring clients home is hygienic and safe
- using equipment where necessary (training will be provided)
- working in a safe way and telling employer about and health and safety concerns

**The Ideal Individual**:As a new business, GEP Support Limited will require exceptional Care Worker who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to care for service users in their own homes. The ideal individual will be:

- Caring and attentive
- Possess skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people
- Own transport and valid driving license
- Good communication skills
- Physically able to assist with moving and handling using equipment where necessary (training will be provided if required)
- Ability to follow instructions
- Care Certificate
- NVQ2 in Health and Social Care highly preferable
- Medication administration training or/and a willingness to undertake training if required

**What we offer**:

- £9.50 - £11.00 per hour including holiday pay
- Full time and part time hours to suit you
- Free mandatory training
- Excellent out of hours management support
- Company uniform
