Care Assistant

**Care Assistant -Tallington Lodge Care Home located in Tallington near Stamford, Part of The Country Court Family**

**Hours: Days 33 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 0700 - 1900)**

Sympathetically refurbished and extended using traditional local stone Tallington Lodge is an integral part of the community in the pretty village of Tallington in Lincolnshire. Led by Manju our Home Manager, the staff create a safe and warm friendly atmosphere for all our residents and visitors.

**ABOUT YOU**

Our fantastic care assistants are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents. Having those care values is vital to share a happy home:

- Have a friendly & caring attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively, with patience & understanding
- Able to work well with others & be part of a team
- Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
- Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care is a great advantage or be willing to work towards this.
