Property Consultant

D. B. Roberts & Partners are looking for a Property Manager to join our fast paced, busy Lettings Team based in Oakengates, Telford due to our expanding portfolio of managed properties.

As a long-established letting agent with an excellent reputation DB Roberts are Chartered Surveyors and comply with the highest professional and financial standards.

The role requires a motivated individual to take control of the position and to arrange their own workload and manage their own diary.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Booking appointments to visit the properties to do an internal inspection and report the findings to the Landlord and Tenant.
- Raise any maintenance issues using our reporting software
- Carrying out initial property inspections before the tenant moves in to a property, providing a report to outline the general condition of the property.
- Conducting a further report when the Tenant vacates the property to indicate the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy.
- Liaising between the Landlord and Tenant to provide adjudication facility to ensure all parties are happy with the final decision once the Tenant has vacated.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service.

Essential Requirements:

- Full Driving Licence
- Must have use of own vehicle for business use

Basic salary plus mileage.
