Woven Art Company Ltd are looking for a dynamic, hard working and organised individual to join our growing team in an exciting, fast paced environment as a compliance and production administrator.

This is a full time rose based in Clitheroe within the têxtiles industry where you will be undertaking a vital role in supporting the production team.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to;
- Liase with new and existing suppliers and test houses regarding quality issues.
- Responsible for quality checks on in-coming products and investigate non
- conforming products.
- Resolve product issues to drive improvements and maintain our high quality approach.
- Gain information from suppliers to complete finished product specs.

Monitor UK and International Deliveries;
- Negotiate best costs to contribute to business target margins.
- Monitor performance of external carriers and investigate delivery issues.
- Support the Sale and Design team in tracking shipments.
- Communicate and present costs internally to senior management.

Communicate with UK and International Customers;
- Process orders on the system, update order book/plan.
- Place and track orders, delivers and address day to day queries.

Placing Supplier Orders and Receipting Goods;
- Booking new stock onto the system
- Investigate stock shortages and material issues with suppliers
- Upload, update and maintain key information onto our internal database
- Set up new products on the system by liaising with suppliers to ensure accurate information is input.

- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Positive attitude and ability to work autonomously
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Work under pressure without compromising accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual

This is a full time post;
Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00

Friday 08:00-13:00

Salary dependent upon experience.
