We are looking for an outstanding individual to fill this vital role in our busy reception area.
You should have:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good computer skills
**Duties include**:
- Running the busy reception area
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Welcoming clients
- Organsing fee earner calendars
- General administrative tasks to include archiving
- Organising incoming and outgoing post
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 36.25 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
