**Role: Components Operative**

**Location: Chemilines Ltd., Chemilines House, Alperton Lane, Wembley, Middlesex, HA0 1DX**

**Responsibilities/Duties**
- To prioritise jobs issued by BPR Administrator and separate all jobs according to priority (A, B, C).
- To check leaflets code of all jobs and check in to the system (MHRA Approved folder).
- To contact RA Dept. if big quantity shows in GIT to confirm print leaflets in advance according to quantity shows in GIT. If leaflets remain same, start to print leaflets from MHRA Approved leaflets folder and keep record in to leaflets printing log book.
- To guillotine printed leaflets according to leaflets size.
- To fold leaflets according to leaflets size and keep them into jobs awaiting processing rack.
- To weigh and record of all Components issued.
- To check BPR and issue leaflets, cartons, Braille label etc. according to BPR and fill BPR at require place like Batch no, qty. issued etc.
- To enter all components on Navision for jobs issued.
- To send issued jobs to print room to print labels.
- To print and issue labels for jobs received from Components.
- To ensure all paperwork is completed for all labels issued.
- To enter jobs issued on Navision.
- To bring all components (cartons, Braille labels, Plain Labels Pre-printed leaflets etc.) from Goods in area received from suppliers and place them in to QC holding area. To check all components are in good condition.
- To take three random samples from all components and take entry in to Navision, print Goods received note and give to Account dept. for further process.
- To give copy printed from Navision showing batch no. and qty. and three sample of each component to QP to check quality and release.

- After release from QP, to move all components to appropriate place.
- To make a positive or negative entry on Navision for all components.
- To check stock weekly/monthly.
- To operate in full compliance with current GMP, GDP and Health & Safety requirements, at all times.

- Experience in a regulated environment (preferable)
- Experience in using computer incl. MSWord and MSExcel (preferable)
