**The Trafford College Group (TCG) has a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Facilitator to be based at the Altrincham campus. In this challenging and rewarding role you will work as part of the Inclusion Team to support young people and adults with additional needs (including SEMH needs - social, emotional and mental health), enabling them to access education and to increase their independence.
