Gymnastics Coach

Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their gymnastics abilities and achieve their goals. This is a rewarding position for individuals who are enthusiastic about sports coaching and educating others.

**Duties**:

- Plan and lead gymnastics training sessions for individuals and groups
- Teach proper techniques and skills in areas such as floor exercises, balance beam, vault, and uneven bars
- Provide guidance and support to athletes during training sessions and competitions
- Develop personalized training programs based on individual needs and goals
- Monitor progress of athletes and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during training sessions
- Collaborate with other coaches to create a positive and supportive team environment
- Organize and participate in gymnastics events, including competitions and showcases

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate athletes
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Passion for working with athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Strong organizational skills to plan training sessions and manage schedules

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.49-£24.40 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 23 per week
