**Duration: Ongoing Temporary**

**Hours: Monday - Thursday, 08:30am-17:00pm, Friday 08:30am-14:30pm with a 30-minute unpaid break**

**Salary: £12.50 per hour + Holiday Pay**

**Duties**:

- Purchase ledger invoices and credit notes/debit notes.
- Support the finance team with daily and month end duties.
- Monitoring aid distributing incoming mail.
- Process new supplier set up requests.
- Process supplier invoice checks for all necessary approvals.
- Responsible for all payment runs.
- Assist with monthly payroll.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Good time management skills
- Previous accounts experience
- Experience using Sage software system
- Strong relationship management
- Good communication skills
- PC skills using bespoke software
- Microsoft office skills (Excel and Outlook)
- Good telephone manner
