Office Administrator

We are a small family owned Property Company who own and manage their portfolio in London / Birmingham and Cardiff.
Working from our office in Victoria, you will be required to work 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with annual leave allowance of 26 days plus Bank Holidays.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with basic book keeping / paying invoices
- Provide administrative support to the office team and occasional PA support to the Directors / Management team as required (occasionally booking hotels and flights)
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organising and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Liaising with contractors, solicitors and accountants as required
- Assisting the Property Team as and when required
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role within a Property environment (letting agent, managing agent or property owner / landlord company)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and basic accounting principles
Must have a willingness to become involved in various aspects of the business and willing to learn basic principals of Property Management.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
