We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants in our residential care homes located in Brundall, Upton in Acle, Potter Heigham, and Martham. If you have a genuine passion for caring for others and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary
- Supporting residents with mobility and physical activities
- Administering medication as prescribed and maintaining accurate records
- Promoting independence and ensuring the emotional well-being of residents
- Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care home team

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the elderly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, if required
- Evening Shift 7pm to 11pm
