This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly successful Real Assets platform as Senior Investment Specialist. This is a dynamic role where you'll drive growth projects in real asset equity, with a special focus on Impact Investing.

What you'll doing:

- Driving key Real Asset Equity growth projects, with a special focus on Impact Investing.
- Create new opportunities, designing initiatives and contributing to LGIM’s key goal of Real Asset externalisation
- Work collaboratively with LGIM’s product and distribution teams to contribute specialist Real Estate knowledge for key growth projects in launch, development, or change
- Maintain and develop external origination networks
- Feed into Real Assets business planning and project prioritisation
- Communicate knowledge of our clients’ current and future investment needs in order to inform growth and strategy planning
- Promote profile of LGIM Real Assets through presentations, thought leadership pieces and conference participation

What we're looking for
- Significant industry experience: Investment /Client Capital/ Business Development
- Straight forward communication of investment opportunities to clients and feedback from clients to the investment team.
- Investment acumen to actively engage with clients 1:1 and to match the right Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets (LGIM RA) investment opportunity to the outcome the client is seeking.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Team player, ability to work independently and proactively to take ownership of tasks, as well as part of a team.
