BasketsGalore is an online Gift Basket & Hamper Company based in Bangor, Co Down. We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join our team on a full time basis to assist with the running of a busy e-commerce company.

Excellent opportunity to join a fast paced office on a 6 month basis initially, with a view to becoming permanent. (Salary will be on a pro rata basis.) Applicants interested in a 4 day working week will also be welcomed.

As a small business many of us tend to be multi-taskers and so have developed skills in a number of areas. However, this particular role would be primarily focused in the office and involve order processing, customer service and administration.

**Duties**
- Assist in the fulfilment of ecommerce orders.
- Verifying accuracy and preparing data for computer entry.
- Working with multiple courier and order management software.
- Customer support, order tracking, aftersales care.
- Other admin duties such as preparing sales lists and reports for Accountancy purposes.

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience of working in an office administrative role.
- High level of computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work flexibly to ensure business needs are met (evening/weekend work required in December, with more flexible hours during the Summer months.)

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
